Back in 2019 we were the first brand to introduce fingerless gymnastic grips to the market. Since then we have improved and perfected our fingerless grips designs to offer the best fingerless hand grips for maximum performance, grip, durability and reduced stress on the wrist. Fingerless gymnastic grips work best with thumb-over pull up bar grip to maximise friction surface area and reduce forearm tension. As an added benefit, fingerless gymnastic grips can double up as palm guards when used for deadlifting instead of traditional lifting straps.
